See 7 Guarana RecipesGuaraná has a long history in Brazilian food and drink culture. If you enjoy bright citrus flavors, this Brazilian-inspired lime cooler is an easy way to explore guaraná powder at home.
Ingredients
- 12–16 fl oz (350–475 mL) cold water or sparkling water
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
- Ice
- Optional: a few mint leaves
- Mana Rush Guaraná powder: measure a portion appropriate for your caffeine needs (see note below)
How to make it
- Squeeze the lime into a tall glass.
- Add a little still water and your measured Mana Rush powder. Stir thoroughly to disperse the powder.
- Fill with ice and the remaining cold water, or top with sparkling water.
- Add mint if desired, stir again, and enjoy.
Make it your own
For a fruitier variation, try a splash of unsweetened passion fruit juice or swap the lime juice for lemon. Taste before adding any sweetener. If you use sparkling water, mix the powder with a small amount of still water first to reduce foaming.
A note about caffeine
Mana Rush is a concentrated caffeinated guaraná mix, not ordinary culinary guaraná powder. A 5 g serving contains approximately 250 mg of caffeine. Measure carefully, check the product label, and account for caffeine from coffee, tea, energy drinks, or other sources consumed that day. You do not need to use a full 5 g serving to make this recipe. People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, caffeine-sensitive, taking medication, or managing a medical condition should seek individualized professional advice before consuming high-caffeine products. Keep caffeinated products away from children.
Explore the flavors

This is a Brazilian-inspired home recipe, not a claim that this exact drink is a traditional Brazilian recipe. Mana Rush does not claim that guaraná improves athletic performance or replaces hydration, food, or sleep.
