Privacy policy

Privacy Policy — Mana Rush Guarana / ManaRush Guarana USA (Aloha Rush LLC)

Effective date: September 2025
Covered sites: manarushguarana.com and any site or page we operate that links to this policy (collectively, the “Site”).

We respect your privacy. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1) Personal information we collect

A) Information you provide

  • Order & account data: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, order details, and (through our payment processor) payment information. We do not store full credit-card numbers.

  • Communications: emails, messages, survey responses, product reviews, and support requests.

  • Subscriptions & marketing: your marketing preferences (email/SMS opt-in/opt-out), and subscription settings if you use them.

B) Information collected automatically (Device/Usage data)

  • Device/usage: IP address, browser, OS, time zone, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, clicks/scrolls, and general site activity.

  • Cookies & similar tech: cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, beacons; used for core site functions, analytics, fraud prevention, and ads (including retargeting).

  • Session-replay/heatmaps (where enabled): to improve UX and diagnose issues, we may use tools that capture how you interact with pages (e.g., clicks, mouse movements, scrolling) and technical metadata. We configure these tools to avoid capturing sensitive fields.

  • Advertising identifiers: where permitted, we may receive or set advertising identifiers/cookies to measure ads and show more relevant promotions.

C) Sources

  • Directly from you; automatically from your device; from our service providers (e.g., ecommerce, analytics, payments, shipping), ad partners, anti-fraud partners, and—if applicable—public databases or social platforms consistent with your settings.

D) Sensitive personal information

We do not intentionally collect “sensitive” personal information as defined by some laws (e.g., precise geolocation or government IDs). Payment data is handled by our processors and not stored by us.

2) How we use personal information

  • Provide the Site & fulfill orders: process payments, arrange shipping, provide invoices/confirmations, customer support.

  • Improve & secure the Site: debug, monitor performance, prevent fraud/abuse, and develop new features.

  • Analytics: understand how visitors use the Site to improve content and navigation.

  • Marketing & ads: send service and promotional messages (consistent with your preferences); measure, personalize, and deliver ads (including retargeting) across platforms.

  • Legal & safety: comply with law, enforce terms, and protect rights, property, and safety.

3) Cookies and similar technologies

You can control cookies via your browser/device settings. Some features require strictly-necessary cookies and may not function if disabled. Where legally required, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies/trackers (e.g., in the EEA/UK).

4) How we share information

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers / processors (acting on our instructions): ecommerce platform & hosting, payment processing, fulfillment/shipping, communications & email, review widgets, analytics/session-replay, security, and fraud-prevention.

  • Advertising & analytics partners: to measure performance and (where permitted) to personalize/retarget ads.

  • Business transfers: during mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets.

  • Legal & safety: to comply with law or protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some states treat certain ad/analytics disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing”; see section 6 for your opt-out rights.

Examples of key providers (subject to change): Shopify (store platform & payments), payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal), Google Analytics, session-replay (e.g., Microsoft Clarity), advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Bing), email/SMS and review apps.

5) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements (for example, order/tax records are typically retained up to 7 years). We then delete or de-identify data.

6) Your choices & legal rights

A) Marketing choices

  • Email/SMS: use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or reply STOP to SMS.

  • Cookies/ads: use your browser settings and the opt-outs in “Targeted advertising & analytics controls” below.

B) Targeted advertising & analytics controls

  • Google Analytics opt-out: browser add-on.

  • Interest-based ads: you can opt out from many participating companies via industry pages.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): where required by law, we treat a valid, user-enabled GPC signal as a request to opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” for that browser.

(Links: see “Helpful resources” at the end.)

C) U.S. State privacy rights (e.g., CA/CPRA; CO/CPA; CT; VA; UT)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access/know, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and to opt-out of:

  • Sale of personal information,

  • Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and/or

  • Targeted advertising and certain profiling.

You may also have the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable), use an authorized agent, and appeal our decision.
How to exercise: email info@ManaRushGuarana.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject, stating your request and the state you reside in. We will verify and respond within the time required by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

Under 16 (CA): we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to request deletion.

D) EEA/UK (GDPR) rights

If GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). You also have the right to complain to your local Data Protection Authority.

E) Do Not Track

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. We don’t respond to DNT, but we do honor legally-required GPC signals where technically feasible (see above).

7) International transfers

We are U.S.-based. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal/operational reasons. The “Effective date” tells you when it was last revised.
