Shipping Policy — Mana Rush Guarana

Effective date: September 2025
Operator: Aloha Rush LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”)
Covered sites: manarushguarana.com, manarushguarana.com and any page that links to this policy (the “Site”).
Time zone for cut-offs and estimates: Pacific/Honolulu (HST).

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms below.

1) Stock & backorders

We strive to keep stock levels accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will:

  • Ship available items and notify you about the remainder, or

  • Offer a refund for the unavailable item(s).
    For preorders/backorders, we’ll email updated ETAs as we receive them.

2) Processing times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak periods or severe weather, processing may take longer; we’ll work to minimize delays.

3) Shipping methods & costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.

  • Available carriers/services vary by destination (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly disclosed on the Site and may exclude certain regions, oversized items, or expedited options.

4) Address changes & verification

  • Before dispatch: email info@ManaRushGuarana.com asap; we can update addresses if the order has not been fulfilled.

  • After dispatch: we cannot change the address. Some carriers offer intercept/reroute for a fee—if available, we can help initiate it.

  • We may hold an order to verify details (e.g., AVS mismatch, high-value orders, suspected fraud).

5) PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO & restricted destinations

  • PO Boxes: shipped via postal services (e.g., USPS).

  • APO/FPO/DPO: we ship via USPS; transit times vary by military destination.

  • Some carriers cannot deliver to PO/Military addresses, which limits available options at checkout.

6) Domestic delivery estimates (U.S.)

Typical in-transit timing (not guaranteed): 2–7 business days for standard services; faster options may be available at checkout. Remote areas and peak seasons can add time.

7) International shipping (if offered)

  • Transit times generally 4–22 business days depending on service and destination.

  • You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees.

  • If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import fees, the parcel may be returned or abandoned. Upon return to us, we’ll refund the product price minus two-way shipping and any carrier/clearance fees. Original shipping is non-refundable.

8) Tracking & delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

  • Carriers may mark parcels Delivered when placed at the address/mail room/locker/porch. If marked Delivered but not received:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, and your mail room/manager.

    2. Wait 24–48 hours for a possible late scan.

    3. Contact us if still missing; we’ll help start a carrier trace.

  • Unless a signature service is purchased or required, carriers may deliver without signature at their discretion.

9) Risk of loss & title

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point), except where prohibited by law. We’ll assist with carrier claims per Sections 10–11.

10) Damaged parcels

  • If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us.

  • If already delivered, keep all packaging and contents and email photos (outer box, inner packing, product) to info@ManaRushGuarana.com within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate.

11) Late, lost, or stolen parcels

  • Delivery time exceeded? Contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • Lost in transit (never delivered): we’ll file a claim and, once confirmed lost by the carrier, issue a replacement or refund.

  • Porch theft after delivery: we aren’t responsible for packages after a Delivered scan, but we’ll help you with next steps (carrier claim, police report) and may offer a courtesy replacement/discount at our discretion.

12) Heat & weather considerations (ingestible)

We pack to withstand routine transit, but extreme heat/weather can affect ingestible goods. Please retrieve deliveries promptly. If your climate is very hot, consider shipping to a staffed address.

13) Items out of stock at dispatch

If any item cannot ship within our processing window, we will cancel and refund that item or contact you with alternatives (e.g., partial shipment, backorder).

14) Returns & exchanges

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (incorporated by reference). In short:

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility; original shipping is not refundable.

  • Opened/unsealed consumables are generally not returnable for safety, except where required by law for damaged/defective/mis-shipped items.

15) Taxes

  • U.S. orders: sales tax (or equivalent) is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

  • International orders: see Section 7 (duties/taxes/fees).

16) Cancellations

  • You may cancel before an order is fulfilled.

  • If already dispatched, please use the Return & Refund Policy once you receive the parcel.

17) Shipping insurance

  • Unless noted, shipments follow the carrier’s standard liability.

  • For higher-value orders, you may request additional insurance (if available) before dispatch; fees apply.
