Mana Rush Guarana — Returns & Refunds

Effective date: September 2025

We stand behind our products and aim to make things right if there’s a problem. Because our items are ingestible, we have to follow strict safety rules.

Return window

  • You may start a return within 30 days of delivery. Email info@ManaRushGuarana.com with your order number to obtain an RMA (return authorization).

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Eligibility (important for food safety)

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, sealed, and unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For health/safety reasons we cannot accept returns of any opened or unsealed consumables (powders, shots, supplements), except where required by law for defective or mis-shipped items. What’s not returnable

  • Opened or partially used consumables

  • Final-sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special orders (e.g., custom bundles/labels)

If your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, see “Damages & Order Issues” below—we’ll take care of you.

Exchanges

Fastest path: place a new order for what you want; we’ll process your authorized return when it arrives. If we approve a straight exchange, we’ll confirm by email.

Refund method & timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.

  • We initiate credit-card refunds within 5 banking business days of acceptance; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post funds. (This timing follows Hawai‘i return statute.) Justia

Return shipping & original shipping

  • For buyer’s remorse (not our error), you’re responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, we’ll deduct that cost from your refund.

  • Original shipping is refundable only when the return is due to our error (defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item).

  • We do not charge restocking fees. (Hawai‘i law prohibits restocking deductions; we follow that.) JustiaDCCA

Damages & order issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect; or

  • The tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it.

Include photos of the box, packing materials, and product. Keep all packaging until we finish the claim with the carrier. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Wrong address / undeliverable

If an address error causes a return to sender, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price once it’s back with us in sellable condition.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

You can cancel or skip before the next charge ships. Once a subscription order is processed/shipped, returns follow the policy above.

Wholesale / B2B (if applicable)

Non-defective wholesale orders are final sale. Report shortages/defects within 7 days of delivery.

Store credit terms

If we issue store credit, it will be valid for at least two (2) years. Justia

How to start a return

Email info@ManaRushGuarana.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason and clear photos (if damaged/defective)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label. We’ll also tell you where to send the package (returns are processed in Hawai‘i).
