How to Use Mana Rush Guarana
Mana Rush is a flavored guarana energy powder made to mix with cold water. There are two separate choices: how much powder you use determines the caffeine dose, while how much water you use determines the flavor concentration.
1. Choose your powder serving
- Quarter scoop: about 63 mg caffeine
- Half scoop: about 125 mg caffeine
- Full 5 g scoop: about 250 mg caffeine
Caffeine content is approximate. Begin with less when you are new to the product or sensitive to caffeine, and count caffeine from all other sources.

2. Choose your flavor concentration
Bold shot-style drink
Mix your chosen powder serving into about 2–4 oz of cold water. This makes a smaller, bolder, more concentrated drink.
Lighter drink
Mix the same chosen powder serving into more water, up to about 8 oz. Shake or stir thoroughly and add ice if desired.
Smoothie, coconut water, or protein shake
Add your chosen powder serving to a smoothie, coconut water, or shake and mix normally. Count caffeine from any other caffeinated ingredients.
When to use it
Customers commonly use Mana Rush in the morning, before a workout, during a long workday, or while traveling. Caffeine can affect sleep for many hours, so use it early enough that it does not interfere with your bedtime.
