Best Scooping & Mixing Guidelines

Important: For best flavor and energy, we recommend 1 scoop (5 g) in about 200–250 ml (7–8.5 fl oz) of liquid. You can always top up with a little extra water or ice if you like it lighter, but starting around 400 ml will usually be too diluted in both taste and effect.

  • Standard mix: 1 level scoop Mana Rush + 200–250 ml cold water, stir or shake well, add ice if desired.
  • Stronger “shot” style: 1 scoop + 120–150 ml cold water. Small glass, big kick.
  • Lighter sipping version: 1 scoop + 300–350 ml water or sparkling water. Good if you’re sensitive to flavor strength.
  • Avoid: starting at 400 ml or more. The fruit flavor and guarana both get too washed out, especially if you add juice or other mixers.
  • Caffeine guideline: one 5 g scoop ≈ 200 mg natural caffeine from guarana. Adjust serving size if needed.

All recipes below assume 1 scoop unless otherwise noted and aim for a total liquid base of about 200–250 ml before ice.

When to Drink Mana Rush

  • Morning: Replace or reduce coffee with a strong 1-scoop mix (150–200 ml).
  • Before training: Pre-workout shot (1 scoop in 120–150 ml) about 20–30 minutes before.
  • Afternoon slump: 1 scoop in 200–250 ml water or sparkling water.
  • Avoid late night: If you’re sensitive, try not to take a full scoop within 6–8 hours of bedtime.

FAQ: Getting the Strength Right

Why do you recommend 200–250 ml instead of 400 ml?

At around 400 ml, the fruit flavor and the guarana are usually too diluted – especially if you also add juice or other mixers. Keeping the base liquid closer to 200–250 ml makes the flavor more enjoyable and the energy feel more noticeable.

Can I add more water after mixing?

Yes. Mix first at about 200–250 ml, taste it, and then top off with a bit more water or ice if you want it lighter. That way you don’t accidentally overdilute from the start.

How much caffeine is in one scoop?

One standard 5 g scoop of Mana Rush Guarana is roughly 200 mg of natural caffeine from guarana. That’s similar to a strong coffee or typical energy drink, but without the sugar and artificial ingredients.

Can I mix it with coffee?

We don’t recommend combining full-strength coffee with a full scoop of Mana Rush if you’re sensitive to caffeine. Try half a scoop with your coffee or keep Mana Rush as your main caffeine source.

Do you sell pure guarana?
