How do I mix it? When do I take it? How long does it last?

  1. Add 5 g (1 scoop) to 12–16 oz cold water.
  2. Stir or shake; wait 2–3 minutes; add ice. Optional: citrus or sparkling water.
  3. Timing: many people use it in the morning, mid-afternoon, or 20–30 min before training.

Most feel alert within 10–20 minutes; duration varies by person, sleep, and nutrition. See more ideas on our recipes page.

Do I get the jitters? Will I crash? How does it make you feel?

Caffeine can cause jitters or sleep disruption for some, especially at higher doses. Powder lets you control the dose (½ scoop is a great start). Many customers describe a clean, steady lift with no heavy syrups or artificial sweeteners.

Guarana vs coffee & energy drinks • Shots vs powder

  • Coffee vs guarana: similar alertness. Guarana powder is portable and easy to dose (½ or full scoop).
  • Canned energy drinks: convenient but fixed sugars/sweeteners. With powder, you pick the strength and liquid.
  • Shots vs powder: shots are “situational”; powder is the flexible daily driver. See our comparison.
  • SRG vs Red Bull: SRG relied on guarana extract; RB uses taurine + sugar/sweeteners. Taste and format differ.
